The name of this pink body of water is called Lake Hillier located on one of the largest archipelago islands in Australia. Scientist have looked for an explanation as to why the color of this lake is the way it is but to no avail. They simply can not explain why this lake is pink, or why it will not change color to blue green or even brown. Though this body of water is close to the ocean itself the lake continues to not change color.
